Preparation of the documents necessary to initiate the probate. These include the court petition for appointment of the personal representative, court order appointing the personal representative, filing a bond with the court when necessary, publication of notice of probate to interested persons and required notices to heirs and devisees
Assisting the personal representative in identifying and taking control of estate assets and establishing the values of those assets, assisting the personal representative in identifying creditors and claimants and denying any contested claims, preparation of the court required inventory and related documents, and services in connection with the sale and disposition of assets of the estate
Preparation and filing of documents necessary to distribute assets of the estate to the beneficiaries, including the preparation and filing of the final account, preparation of the order approving the final account and authorizing distribution of assets, preparation of appropriate documents to convey title to the assets to the beneficiaries, and preparation and filing of documents necessary to obtain the order closing the estate
